How long does overseas delivery usually take?

What happens if the source item is sold out?

If the source item is sold out before payment, Seeshine Ware will not collect payment for that item. If payment has already been arranged after a quote and the source order later fails, the buyer is offered a replacement quote or a refund for the unavailable item.

Who is responsible for customs duties or import taxes?

Customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery charges are destination-specific and are normally the buyer's responsibility unless a quote explicitly says otherwise.

What if a fragile ceramic item arrives damaged?

Buyers should keep the packaging and send photos of the box, packing materials, and broken item quickly. Seeshine Ware reviews the evidence and offers the practical remedy available for that shipment, such as a replacement quote, partial refund, or carrier claim support.
